摘要::電力電子電路PCB的布線在很大程度上決定了最終產品的好壞。本文主要分析了常用電力電子電路的PCB布線的幾個關鍵技術,主要包括開關節點問題,PCB布線的寬度、厚度和電感的關系,關鍵走線如何處理,多層板的地以及散熱等問題。

Abstract: Power and electronic circuits PCB layout determines the final products performance. Several key techniques of power and electronic circuits PCB layout are analyzed in detail in this paper, which includes switch node problem, the relationship between inductance and the width and thickness of PCB layout, how to deal with the critical alignment, multilayers ground, and thermal management concerns.
