有機薄膜太陽能電池的結構與制作技術

摘要：有機太陽能電池是很有發展前途的新能源之一，特別是有機薄膜太陽能電池更是備受關注。本文對有機薄膜太陽能電池(OTFSC)的發電原理，高效率化技術以及大型化與柔性化等方面作了介紹。

Abstract：Organic solar battery is one kind of new energy sources with bright future, within which, the organic thin-film solar battery is one that has attracted much attention.
