摘要:42V電力系統(tǒng)是在上世紀(jì)90年代由于對(duì)電功率的需求不斷增加而開發(fā)的,目前已應(yīng)用于輕型混合電動(dòng)車(HEV)。為了滿足輕型混合電動(dòng)車舒適、安全、燃油效率高的要求,開發(fā)研制了42V系統(tǒng)用36V-VRLA電池,這種電池在加速壽命試驗(yàn)中模擬了輕型混合電動(dòng)車的行駛模式,試驗(yàn)中顯示出縮短電池壽命性能的主要原因是電池產(chǎn)生熱量、高溫所致。因此,分別試制了18V分體式和36V整體槽電池,并在整體槽電池中施加了熱管理方法。事實(shí)證明,有效的熱管理方法可以延長電池的壽命性能。

Abstract:Development of 42V power system was initiated by the increasing demand of electric power in 1990s and now it has been applied to a type of hybrid electric vehicle systems (HEVs). 36V-VRLA battery is developed to meet the requirements of a mild hybrid vehicle, which should be comfortable, safe and with high fuel efficiency.Under the accelerated duration experiment, driving mode for the mild HEV is simulated using the battery, which shows that the battery duration is shortened due to the heat generation and high temperature. Thus, 18V-split and 36V-monoblock batteries are developed and meanwhile thermal management is applied in monoblock batteries. It is proved that effective thermal management can extend the duration of the battery.
