摘要:本文研究了一種非隔離高頻降壓開關電源模塊[1-3],該電源模塊采用Buck電路拓撲。在傳統Buck電路的基礎上做了兩點改進:首先,針對傳統的Buck電路提出了一種新型的驅動方式,這種驅動電路不需要隔離電源或光耦;另外提出了一種新型的電流采樣電路,這種采樣電路無需額外的電流傳感器。通過對這兩方面的研究和改進,可有效提高基于Buck電路電源模塊的效率和穩定性,并大大降低電源模塊的成本。最后實驗驗證了所研究電路的合理性。

Abstract:A non-isolated high frequency step-down switching power supply module is studied, and the Buck topology is employed in this power module. Based on the traditional Buck circuit two improvements have been achieved. First, a novel driving scheme is proposed for the traditional Buck circuit, there is no additional isolated power supply or optoisolator in this new driving circuit. Additionally, a new type of current sampling method is also put forward in this paper, and there is no extra current sensor in this sampling circuit. High efficiency, reliability and cost down have been accomplished with the improvements of these two aspects. Finally the experimental results verify the presented circuits.
