摘要: 為提高低電壓大電流模塊的輸出電流,需采取并聯運行方式以實現模塊的高功率密度和高可靠性。由于同步整流管MOSFETs支持電流雙向流動的特性和其交叉耦合的拓撲結構,并聯運行模塊的同步整流管中可能會發生能量倒流和自激振蕩等異常現象。文章分析了消除這些異常現象的方法,主要介紹了均流控制器的使用,實驗證明可以達到良好的控制。

Abstract: Problems of synchronous rectification in a low-voltage/high-current paralleled converter system are discussed. Reverse power flow and the self-oscillation occur in the parallel system due to the inherent capabilities of synchronous rectifiers such as the bi-directional current flow and the cross-coupled topology of MOSFETs. Finally methods for solving these problems are discussed. Among the conventional current-sharing controllers are introduced in detail, the results of which are confirmed by experiments.
